I used the welcome free spins but didn't win enough to continue to play other games. I'm not a fan of all the complicated rules, and for sure don't want to pay a fee to withdraw any winnings. If they want a fee, they should take it from players' deposits. It seems greedy in my opinion.
i played at this casino 1 time and wont play there anymore. the chat is the worst. some of the games work and some dont. theres a couple good games i liked to play but not for very long before i started to get bored and decided to move on to another casino.

I do like emu casino a lot so far. I like the platform. They have a few good bonus that I saw so far. The games load very quickly. Seems like they update the site often. The cash out on the bonuses are very low but thats the only negative I see so far.
The mobile version is not playable at all. Casino or slots won't fit to screensize. Everything is cramped on just one page. Its just messy and everything is way to small. I had to switch to desktop mode so I could zoom in. I tried on 2 phones with different screens and different browsers.

I earlier gave this casino a 3.7 rating with kind words. It looks like after they get a good rating they read it and think they already got a good compliment so then they can go and act unethical. I won $1280 from $100 deposit and submitted my withdraw. I have played here a bit the last few weeks. Well the next week was ridiculous. They had my withdraw pending an entire week. Support would close my chat when I would ask whats going on. Emails all ignored. Finance ignoring me. Support giving me copy and pasted messaged when I would first ask about my money and then just instantly would close chat. It made me feel VERY uncomfortable. If I ever won 20k here I would be a nervous wreck as I dont think they would pay. Find a better casino guys unless you want to be stressed out whether you will be paid or not. I have been paid my cashout. My first cashout was in about a day. My second cashout...3 days....My third cashout over a week. They hope the player reverses it or frustrated them enough where they just forget it. EC has been my fav casino for years but not anymore...after an internal processing error resulting my (and many other ppls) deposits just disapearing into thin air...EC acknowledged the mix up and assured that the issue occured internalally and that customers woukd have their funds returned into their bank acc in 24hrs, this became 48hrs then a week... Its now been a few months, i have spent hours following this up and responding to EC 's requests to provide (the same) info again and again with no resolve. To top all this off EC recently changed the way they offer and award bonuses, scraping the model whereby live chat staff awarded freespins on a scaled ratio based on the amount of funds deposited via live chat offering the scaled ratio if deposited (i.e $20= 5 spins, $30 = 20s spins and so on). I can appreciate that for a casino, its totally reasonable to make said changes but its well rank (and frankly its just bad business) for EC to choose not to inform their customers that the free spin bonuses that we all know and love Emu Casino for are no longer on offer... I probably (definately) would not have deposited over $80 if i wa s aware that there wasnt going to be 50 freespins to follow...needless to say, i have since closed my account
