What's not to like here? Well... A little transparency would be appreciated. I contacted support one day about my loyalty points not being added for a deposit, and was told that I don't qualify for any bonuses at this time. No explanation given. Automated by the system they say. Would have rated higher if they were willing to work to resolve this issue or even explain why I no longer qualify for bonuses, as they do have speedy withdrawals.

I like Tonybet and play there occasionally. Never had any problems. The only thing I don't like is that they have a rule that money won from free spins must be wagered with own money.

Well, my experience with TonyBet was a brief one. I created an account here and claimed the first deposit bonus. I played for several hours and finally manged to clear the wagering but I only won a small amount. I requested a withdrawal and the next day I received an email saying that I need to send them the documentations they needed in order to verify my account and process the withdrawal. The day after I got another email from them saying that my name didn't matched with my Skrill name. It is the oddest thing I ever heard but apparently something went wrong there and I never encountered something like this before. Anyway, so I asked them what to do now because this is the first time I have this issue and only with TonyBet. They said they will returned my deposit money back to my Skrill. Then I thought, wait, you can do that but you cannot process my withdrawal? Anyway, I got my deposit money back within 20 minutes and they closed my account. Weird experience if you ask me.
